Return policy
- You can return an item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and properly packed.
- Returns apply only to standard items (not made-to-order).
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
Custom-made products
Please note that custom or personalized items (non-standard sizes, colors, or designs) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
